Our RECOVER room adds another unique element to our wellness services and provides a market leading Infrared Sauna as well as a top of the range Ice Bath! 

Enjoy a completely private, luxury space to unwind, relax and RECOVER! Bring a book, practice some meditation or yoga or just sit and enjoy the peace and quiet!

Book the room for your desired time and enjoy the experience alone or with a loved one or friend. There is no extra charge for a second person!

2 Hours  Per Month

Book 2 PEOPLE in the room for a maximum of 120 minutes per month. You are able to use your membership on 30, 60, 90 and 120 minute bookings. Any time not used during the month will be forfeited.

4 Hours Per Month

Book 2 PEOPLE in the room for a maximum of 240 minutes per month. You are able to use your membership on 30, 60, 90 and 120 minute bookings. Any time not used during the month will be forfeited.
